Processing times

We do not stock prints - each print is custom and made-to-order, just for you! We have selected our printing partner in the USA based on quality. Processing times are normally under 7 business days but can vary at busy times of the year, especially around end-of-year holidays, where volumes increase dramatically. Because we cannot guarantee processing and shipping times, we suggest that you order well in advance of the date you wish to receive your pieces.

Shipping

While our printer offers several shipping options, actual shipping times are not guaranteed and shipping to Canada and the UK can take several weeks. As a very small business, we aren’t able to offer shipping with couriers like DHL and Fedex (the cost would be too high for our customers), but we can promise your prints will be worth the wait!

Refunds

As all prints are custom, made-to-order items, we are unable to offer refunds. Please review all information carefully before ordering, and email us at saltandpapaya@gmail.com if you have questions or would like help placing your order.
